Resolute has been tasked with Project Management during the development process of USC Village.  The $700 million retail-residential complex is being built on the the nearly 50-year-old University Village and will sit on 15 acres of land. The site will house roughly 2,700 University of Southern California students and will offer roughly 100,000 sf of retail, including a City Target and a Trader Joe’s Market.
