PROJECT

Grand Ridge Plaza is a 326,000 sf mixed-use shopping center serving a highly affluent master planned community located 18 miles east of downtown Seattle with a regional draw. Anchored by market-dominant grocer Safeway and a 12-screen Regal Cinemas, as well as Marshalls/HomeGoods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Ulta Beauty, the center also offers an array of chef-driven restaurants.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Management launched the project from the ground up, including actively working with community stakeholders, coordinating a highly successful Grand Opening and consistently achieving NOI objectives.
