PROJECT

The 60-year-old iconic Whittier Friendly Hills Bowling Alley site is an example of adaptive re-use of a historic building. The former bowling alley structure remains and houses three (3) retail uses, anchored by ALDI Supermarket and Beverages & More!.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Resolute assisted Frontier Real Estate Investments in the project management of the redevelopment and currently manages the asset on behalf of the ownership.
