Orange County Register “On the move”

July 24, 2016 – The Orange County Register Newspaper, Real Estate “On the move” section, reports that Scott Silberberg and Chris Daniell have partnered to launch Resolute Asset Management, which aims to reduce costs and maximize profit for landlords. The company will have an office in Newport Beach and be based in Torrance.

Silberberg will act as managing partner and handle strategic property initiatives and business development. He most recently worked at Western Real Estate Advisors.

Daniell will serve as the director of asset management and property operations. He previously worked at Lincoln Property Co., where he helped direct the construction completion and operations of apartment complex Runway at Playa Vista.
